Moxxie Network isn't just about advancing the already-established professional, but about transferring the experience of our Members to develop the business careers for the next generation of women.  Moxxie is partnering with several prestigious colleges and universities in an effort to provide more choices for the young entrepreneurial women just starting to map out their futures. 

For the prospective member, Jr Moxxie will set the stage for a wildly successful career debut.  As Jr Moxxie Members, these young women will participate in the planning of larger Moxxie events and will act as support staff with specific parameters for the evening.  Whether is greeting guests, mingling during cocktail hour or handing our informational materials, these young women will thrive in an atmospher of success and strength.  As an added bonus, one Jr Moxxie will be selected to attend each of the smaller, more intimate events strictly as a guest.  These events will be an excellent forum for young women to flex their networking muscles and become comfortable in the presence of high powered Moxxie women. 

Jr Moxxies will also be eligible to obtain Internships and Mentors from within the Moxxie Network.  This is an opportunity scarcely offered to the young professional but one that Moxxie offers with pride.

 

The Intern Program can serve many functions within the Moxxie Network including the following:

1) Provides Moxxie Network Members with available pre-screened interns for their companies
2) Provides younger women with the opportunity to gain business knowledge and contacts to advance their careers
3) Provides the students with the opportunity to obtain permanent employment with the Moxxie Member companies
4) Can help offset the local Brain Drain exposing our young women to career choices on Long Island.
5) Provides a continuous stream of future Moxxie Members who in turn will become future mentors.
