About Ms Moxxie
Ms Moxxie will bridge the gap between the Jr Moxxies (college women) and the more experienced Moxxie Network members.  The group is comprised of women in their 20's and 30's who are seeking an organization that specifically addresses their unique business needs.  It will transition college graduates into the business world and provide young professional women with senior level role models and contacts.

Members of Ms Moxxie are in a unique position.  These young women are sandwiched between two "legs" of Moxxie Network and as such are able to become both informal mentors and mentees.  They may act as an informal mentor to Moxxie Girls (our partnership with the Girls Scouts) as well as obtain an informal mentor from within the Moxxie Network membership.

Our Informal Group Mentoring Program began in April 2011 and was specifically created for our Ms Moxxies.   We began our pilot program with two groups - one in Nassau and one in Suffolk.  The seasoned Moxxie members have been teamed up to group mentor 8-10 Ms Moxxie members.  The groups were originally planned to meet once a month for 6 months however the program has been extended another three months.
