The Jr Moxxie Program provides female college students with a competitive edge. Its membership is considered a privilege as well as a responsibility. Select female college students are given unique opportunities and in turn will be challenged to inspire the younger generation of future business women.

Moxxie Network will oversee the mentor/mentee relationship to ensure appropriate, consistent and professional business and personal growth.


 Our Program Includes:
* Orientation for mentees / Training for mentors
* A formal, structured and career-focused program
* Professional development workshops
* Monthly email discussions with mentors
* Monthly conference calls among Jr Moxxies 
* Monthly conference calls among Mentors
* Field Trips to meet with successful business women in differing industries
* Invitations to business networking events
* Professional business cards for each mentee
* Free Membership into Ms Moxxie upon graduation for one year
* 20% discount on future Ms Moxxie membership
* Ability to become role models to the Girl Scouts through the Moxxie Girl program

All sponsorship levels will receive the following :
* Presence on the following Moxxie Network website
* Alumni discounts on Moxxie Network and/or Ms Moxxie membership (must meet requirements)
* Branding opportunities within the entire Moxxie Network including Ms Moxxie and Moxxie Girls
* Opportunity to host on-campus events

Freshman Sponsorship Level - $2,500 per year
5 female students to participate in Jr Moxxie program
1 female faculty member to become a member of Moxxie Network  (must meet membership requirements)

Sophomore Sponsorship Level -$5,000 per year
10 female students to participate in Jr Moxxie program
2 female faculty members to become members of Moxxie Network  (must meet membership requirements)

Junior Sponsorship Level - $7,5000 per year
15 female students to participate in Jr Moxxie Program
3 female faculty members to become member of Moxxie Network (must meet membership requirement)

Senior Sponsorship Level - $10,000 per year
20 female students to participate in Jr Moxxie Program
4 female faculty members to become members of Moxxie Network (must meet membership requirements)
